During our recent stay, we found the reception staff, especially Sandy and Asma, to be extremely helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the rooms was superb, and we appreciated the extra 2 hours for a late checkout offered by Asma. The proximity to a big supermarket within a few minutes' walk was very convenient. The spacious rooms with comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep.

The hotel's location near Port Authority Bus Terminal is convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. The facility had ample parking. However, the noisy events and lack of hot water were major drawbacks. The WiFi was unreliable, and the check-in/check-out process for extending our stay was inconvenient and required multiple $200 deposits. The stained carpets and absence of nearby restaurants were disappointing. But the shuttle service to the airport was helpful in this safe area.

I selected this hotel for a convention due to its excellent meeting facilities, including three meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 250 conference guests or 150 banquet guests. The business center and onsite vending machines were convenient, and the gym facilities helped me stay productive during my stay.

The only service I missed for my work was reliable and consistent Wi-Fi connectivity.

I didn't have any noise disturbances or unexpected wake-ups. the hotel is conveniently located, just a 5 to 7 minute walk from a bus stop that takes you to Manhattan, near Times Square. the bus ride usually takes around 30 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic and the number of people waiting for the bus. There is also a large grocery store near the bus stop, which was convenient for getting snacks or supplies.
